"The spring/seal/plastic insert parts with the V7059, in what order are they installed?"
The white plastic inserts go inside one
end of the springs. Then insert this assembly with the white cap facing the incoming water and the rubber
seal facing the cartridge. Adding a small amount of food grade silicone to the sides and top
of the rubber seals is a good idea (do not use faucet lubricant).
