HOW TO ORDER:
Order by our Shopping Cart System:
Using our shopping cart system is safe. It also is the easiest way to order products from us (unless "cookies" are turned off on your browser). Simply enter the quantity desired next to the item number and THEN click on the "Click To Add Selected Items to your cart" button. This can be done on every page that offers a product except on our ever-changing overstock page.
Our shopping cart is the easiest way to order from us (unless you have your "cookies" turned off on your browser then use one of the other methods below). Simply go to the page that shows the products that you desire and on that page will be the boxes that show 0 which you then simply change to the desired product quantity and then hit "Add to Cart."

If you are concerned about credit card safety you can order by our shopping cart and then call in your credit card number at 530-891-1556 (but send us your order by shopping cart, email or fax). You can also call us at 530-891-6143 (we are here Monday through Fridays from 8:30am till 7:30pm Central time).

To keep our prices lowest we do not accept COD orders, or foreign checks/money orders, or Purchase Orders.

SALES TAX?:
None except we add 8.25% sales tax on products shipped to California.
SHIPPING & OTHER CHARGES?:
We do not require a "minimum sized" order and give great service no matter how small the order.
* In the Continental U.S. we add up to 8% of product subtotal for shipping (typically 1-8 business days to arrive).
* Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other U.S. possessions - you will pay actual shipping cost.
* Small orders we add a processing charge. - to shipping faq's
* During and before holidays - shipping times via standard carriers can take up to 2 additional days
* Manufacturer direct orders may require additional time for processing and assembly
Orders are normally shipped via Ground (tubs and very heavy items will ship by other means).
If a package is small, weighs less than 5 lbs, and is valued at under $50.00, we might send it by Postal U.S. Mail and you will probably get it within 2-3 days.
We prefer not to, we can (if you insist) send some heavier/more expensive items by U.S. Standard Mail. We will charge at least the same (or more) than regular Ground plus there will then be an additional U.S. Postal Mail Service charge of $5.00 (assessed due to our extra expenses dealing with insurance and standing in line at the U.S. Post office, etc.). NEED IT FASTER?:
We can ship your order by Second Day.
Caution: It costs significantly more to ship it this way compared to our standard shipping.
Note: For 2nd Day shipping we must receive your order by 12:30am PST. We do not ship Next Day Air.
We only ship to U.S. destinations, US territories and Military APO's.
It normally can take up to 10 days by standard Ground carriers (UPS/FedEx/etc.) for normal shipping.
