go to Americh brand luxury jetted bathing tubs
"Do you also offer gas heaters for tubs?"
In-line heaters with jetted tubs, used (and placed) inside the house, from Americh (and all similar jetted tub companies that we know of), are always electric. The main reason for that is probably that a gas heater would take up a lot of space. Also, one needs to consider the flue (exhaust) which takes up space and has to have a legal place to exit your house. It does cost more to heat water with electric (compared to natural gas), but when you consider that you are filling your tub with gas heated water initially it costs very little to keep the water warm.
You do not need an in-line heater and not many people buy them as you can always add some heated water while you are bathing. Note that the "in-line" heater shown on this page is really a booster heater to keep the heated water warm and not a heater to fill your tub for the initial hot water. These in-line heaters work when your jets are circulating, keeping the water warm.
For tankless water heaters that are used to fill your tub with hot water initially just click here.
