"How long will it be before I receive my tub?"
The manufacturer has stated that generally they will ship your tub in 10-14 business days. Please note that this does not include delivery time. If you are planning ahead, you "should" receive your tub approximately 3 weeks after your order is processed.
"What is Champagne Massage?"
Champagne Massage is an air blower system that can turn a regular Victorian clawfoot tub into a bubble-jet (air-jet), full-body massage, air tub. The system is powered by a 1.3 hp pump blowing warm air up through the water from 5 evenly spaced air channels on the tub floor. The air jets are positioned to reach and soothe muscle groups from lower lumbar to calf. There up to 150 streams of air bubbles (depending on the model) shooting directly at your body, instead of just bubbles blowing around you from the perimeter like some of the air tubs on the market. The pump is self-contained and mounted on the side of the tub behind a matching, sound insulated door. There are no loose parts to hook up; just plug in the cord, and it is ready to go! The pump is much quieter than other tubs, because the pump access door is insulated. The tub is much thicker than other acrylic tubs on the market which is also an important factor in dampening the noise from the motor. One important note: Champagne Massage is not a true whirlpool system in the sense that water does not circulate through the air channels. A true whirlpool tub has water shooting out through jets at your back, while the Champagne Massage tub blows air bubbles through tiny holes drilled on the floor.
"Since these items are shipped by freight, are they returnable?"
Items that were NOT shipped by a Standard Ground Carrier (for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS) may NOT be returned. Items that ship by freight may not be returned. For example, items such as tubs may not be returned. If they are defective, you will either receive a replacement or it will be repaired, but we do not accept returns for items that ship by freight.
