We could pretend to you that we never have problems, errors or delays but
that isn't possible (and certainly not true) when we do the very large volume of sales that we do.
We have shipped to many tens of thousands of customers and so even with our less than 1% error/dissatisfaction rate
it still means that we have had hundreds of problems/errors and we have not always met every expectation.
We care and when a problem does occur, we immediately do whatever is needed to correct the situation.
