"What do you mean by "back supply connection" for model #4651? Or "top supply connection" for model #4656?"
back-supplied models use flush valves that are concealed inside the wall, whereas toilets that are supplied from the top use an exposed flush valve. Please look at the diagram above, which shows both types of valves (the concealed valve is pictured near #2, while the #4 arrow is pointing to an exposed valve).

"Can I uses these toilets with 3/4" supply lines?"
The manufacturer states that these toilets are designed for use with 1" supply lines.
