In order for us to ship your order the same day via 2nd Day Air,
we must receive your order by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

2nd Day Air is defined as 2-3 business days, excluding the date the order was processed.

Regretfully (unbelievable, but true) "2nd Day Air" shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than 2-3 working days to deliver because UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service, do not guarantee a 2-3 day delivery to all locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Important: If a product is shipping direct from the manufacturer or one of their access warehouses, there may be a delay in the shipping of the order. The 2-3 day delivery quote will not begin until the product actually ships. If this poses a problem, please note in the "Comments" section of the order form what your time constraints are. The costs shown here (below) will be added to (in addition to) our regular shipping rates. - charges are per package - Note: We ship from many different warehouses. If your order consists of more than one product and will be shipping from more than one warehouse, you will be assessed an upgrade for EACH shipment. Also, when you select 2nd Day Air as your method of shipment, please understand our on-line ordering system will be unable to calculate the 2nd Day Air Upgrade or provide an order total when your order is submitted, as our system has no way of determining the weight of the products you are ordering. Our Shipping Department will calculate those charges when they fill your order. If you would like to know the upgrade charge for your order prior to ordering, please e-mail us. You may also request, in the "Comments" section of the order form, to be contacted with the upgrade totals prior to the processing/completion of the order. Please be aware we will need your approval of your 2nd Day Air shipping charges (for shipments that do not fall in the first Upgrade category below) if they are more than half the cost of the products you are ordering OR if the 2nd Day Air shipping upgrade exceeds $100.00. In such cases, we will contact you for your approval before processing or shipping your order. Note: Large items or odd-shaped items may have their weight calculated differently by UPS/FedEx (dimensional weight as defined by UPS/FedEx - volume in inches/194). Example: a package 60" x 10" x 4" which has an "actual" weight of 2 lbs. could be calculated by UPS/FedEx to have a "dimensional weight" of 13 lbs. (60"x10"x4" / 194).

In most cases, we will charge the standard UPS/FedEx rate; however, we never charge less than our normal shipping percentages based on the cost of the product for these orders.
